What’s tragic is that my family is full of tea-drinkers, but they only ever used to put a tea-bag in a cup of water into the microwave.
As a tea enthusiast, I had to discover the proper way to make tea by myself via trial and error. And my god, why is it so hard to find a pot with an infuser in the US? Or a strainer to put over a cup?! I managed somehow.

Internet sure does help with finding those things. Next time you come over, remind me to show you Brian’s fancy teapot. It is way fancy and we’ve yet to use it.
